A National Nature Reserve on the edge of Bury Saint Edmunds, Bradfield Woods is one of Suffolk's finest surviving ancient coppiced woodlands, cared for by the Suffolk Wildlife Trust. The reserve supports a wide range of wildlife and native woodland species across its managed coppice areas, which have been worked for centuries. Suffolk Wildlife Trust also runs organised events here throughout the year, from wildlife walks to practical conservation days.
