These terms govern your use of the East Anglia Insider website (“the Site”), operated by East Anglia Insider (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
East Anglia Insider is a directory and editorial platform featuring local businesses, events, and places across Suffolk and Norfolk. We provide listings, editorial content, and tools for business owners to manage their presence.
2. User accounts
To claim a listing, save favourites, or access business-owner features you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
3. Business listings & claims
Businesses may be listed on the Site based on publicly available information or user submissions. Business owners can claim their listing to manage details, upload images, and add events. We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any claim or listing at our discretion.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Some features are available through paid subscription tiers. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and what is included in each tier are displayed at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@eastangliainsider.co.uk if you have a concern.
5. User-submitted content
By submitting content (business details, images, descriptions, events) you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Site. You must have the right to share any content you submit. We may edit or remove content that is inaccurate, offensive, or in breach of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:

7. Intellectual property
All content, design, and branding on the Site (excluding user-submitted content) is owned by East Anglia Insider or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any content. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, reliance on its content, or any transaction you enter into with a listed business.
