Dating from 1642, this traditional country pub occupies a quiet corner of Suffolk's Heritage Coast, close to Aldeburgh, Dunwich, and Snape Maltings. The inn serves British pub food at lunch and dinner, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available; no table bookings are required. Six letting rooms and a small campsite (CL site) make it a practical base for longer stays, and dogs are welcome throughout.
