Bury St Edmunds Christmas Lights Event 2026

Bury St Edmunds switches on its Christmas lights on Thursday 19 November, with charity and gift stalls filling the Cornhill and Buttermarket from 3pm to 8pm. There are fairground rides, stage performances from local groups, choirs, schools and colleges, and the chance to meet Santa and his elves with Bury St Edmunds Round Table, while the Snow Lion and Polar Bear characters return.
