Malted Mussel

The Malted Mussel is a summer seafood pop-up at Snape Maltings, running from Wednesday 29 July to Monday 31 August 2026. Billed by Britten Pears Arts as "delicious seafood" and part of the wider Summer at Snape programme, it sits on the edge of the River Alde, drawing on the outstanding natural setting that makes Snape one of Suffolk's most beloved destinations.

The menu takes its inspiration from the Suffolk coast, showcasing seasonal produce in a relaxed, informal setting that suits a linger after a gallery visit or a wander along the reedbeds. Alongside the food, expect award-winning wines, local beer and soft drinks.
