Sunrise Film Festival 2026

The 5th annual edition of this UK BIFA-qualifying seaside film festival returns to the Marina Theatre in Lowestoft, celebrating diverse and underrepresented stories and filmmakers from the region and internationally. The rich programme includes short films, special screenings, VR experiences, workshops, outdoor cinema, and industry events suitable for cinephiles and families alike. Founded in 2021, the festival champions inclusive storytelling and supports emerging independent talent.
