Regent Theatre Guided Tours - Heritage Open Days

Have you ever wanted the chance to stand on the same stage as iconic legends of music such as Cliff Richard, The Beatles, and Tina Turner? The Ipswich Regent Theatre is opening its doors for the 2026 Ipswich Heritage Open Days on Sunday 13 September, giving the public a chance to see "Behind the Curtain" of East Anglia's largest theatre. You'll get a guided tour, see unknown parts of these buildings not normally open to the public, and meet the team. There'll be a chance to ask questions and celebrate these places of entertainment, which have been the focal point of generations of people over many years. Tours are limited to 20 people per tour.
