Sitting on Rougham Industrial Estate just outside Bury St Edmunds, ICE pitches itself as more than a restaurant, combining a full food menu with regular stand-up comedy nights, drag shows, and a paint-and-prosecco evening called Brushes, Bubbles and Bites.
