More than 150 independent businesses gather in heated, hard-floored marquees and outdoor stalls in the grounds of Hintlesham Hall for the fourth Suffolk County Christmas Fair, with live music, Father Christmas, festive performers and seasonal food and drink. It opens Friday 2pm to 8pm for late-night shopping, Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm. Tickets must be booked online in advance, with adult tickets at £9 and cheaper twilight entry, and there are no gate sales. Parking is £5 and pre-booked, and free shuttle buses run from Ipswich Park and Ride on London Road and from Hadleigh bus station.
