A family-run free-house on Church Road in Tattingstone, the Wheatsheaf has built a strong reputation for real ale, rotating around 100 different ales a year with three gravity-fed casks on at any one time, alongside real ciders and a solid gin selection. All food is homemade, served on Wednesday through Sunday during set kitchen hours, with a log fire keeping things warm in colder months.
