Reached by boat along the River Waveney or via a long track from Geldeston, The Locks Inn sits on the Norfolk/Suffolk border in one of the more remote pub settings in the region. Bought by the community in 2020 after a last-minute auction, it is now run as a Community Benefit Society with close to 1,600 shareholder members. The kitchen serves lunch daily and evening meals Tuesday to Saturday, alongside local ales and a full bar.
