About this event
Now in its fourth consecutive year, the Christchurch Park Market returns to one of Ipswich's most beautiful green spaces every second Sunday from April through to September, running from 9.30 am to 3 pm. Organised by Prestige County Events, it is a genuinely lovely way to spend a Sunday morning, whether you are a dedicated foodie, a keen browser, or simply someone who fancies a stroll with the dog.
What to expect
- Over 40 stalls at each date, with a mix of regular favourites and fresh guest traders every month
- Local artisan produce including handmade pies, cheeses, honey, fresh bread, cakes, olives, jams and flowers
- Homeware, handcrafted gifts, jewellery and artwork from independent makers
- Street food vendors and hot drinks, with a seating area near the main pathway to sit and soak it all in
- The historic Christchurch Mansion is right on the doorstep and also free to enter
Good to know
- Entry is free. The market is set along the Fonnereau Road pathway up towards the Round Pond, near the Mansion and cenotaph.
