Wild Halloween at Carlton Marshes 2026

An after-dark trail of nocturnal activities around the marshes, with bat detecting, a skull quiz, storytelling, nature crafts, stargazing and a campfire with s'mores. Most families take an hour to an hour and a half to complete it. Entry is staggered, so tickets are booked for a set arrival time, and the whole group should buy the same slot. Tickets cost £8 for children aged five and over and £3 for adults and under-fives, and babies go free. Visitors should bring a torch and wear outdoor clothes and footwear. Only assistance dogs are allowed, and tickets are non-refundable.
