Field & Fest Event Hire

Field & Fest Event Hire is based at St Cross South Elmham on the Suffolk and Norfolk border, a few miles from Harleston, and works at weddings, garden parties and celebrations across Suffolk, Norfolk and the wider East Anglia region. The idea is a blank canvas: a field, a garden, a woodland clearing or an empty marquee, dressed with handcrafted rustic furniture, elegant dining tables, a canvas awning and thoughtfully chosen details. The centrepiece is a handcrafted rustic bar under its fairground style BAR sign, serving Guinness on tap alongside cocktails, prosecco and whatever else the couple would like poured. Hand built garden games and a rustic champagne table, which holds up to ten bottles on ice, round out an afternoon in the sun. They take on everything from intimate gatherings to large weddings and are booking dates for 2026 and 2027.
