Gates open and live music starts at 4.30pm, and the fireworks go up between 7pm and 8pm. UB40 featuring Ali Campbell headline after the display, and a DJ plays until the 11pm finish. There is a bonfire, a funfair with individually priced rides, food stalls with gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options, and several bars.
Tickets are advance only and non-refundable: £25 for adults (15 and over) and £10 for ages 2 to 14, each plus a £1 booking fee, with under-2s free. Parking is free, dogs and sparklers are not allowed, and all proceeds go to a trust supporting local causes such as East Anglian Air Ambulance.
