On Felixstowe's pedestrianised main retail strip, Cookie Barista combines a specialty coffee bar with a cookie kitchen and one of Suffolk's first bubble tea menus. The cookies are baked in-house to their own recipe, big, gooey, and available in flavours from Double Chocolate to Red Velvet; coffee is roasted locally by FreshPac in Halesworth. Bubble tea runs to over 200 fruit combinations alongside classic milk teas, taro, and matcha.
