On West End Street in Norwich, The Fat Cat has been one of Norfolk's most celebrated real ale pubs since Colin and Marjie Keatley opened it in December 1991. It has won the Good Pub Guide Beer Pub of the Year a record 11 times, and Good Beer Guide editor Roger Protz called it a real ale lover's paradise. Outside seating, parking, and a dog-friendly policy make it a practical stop year-round. The pub opens daily, Sunday to Wednesday until 10pm and Thursday to Saturday until 11pm.
