Built in 1854 by the Colman family, Crown Point Tavern sits on Kirby Road in Trowse Newton, just south of Norwich city centre. The pub runs a tapas menu on Wednesdays, a fuller lunch and dinner service Thursday to Saturday, and a Sunday roast, with Saturday also offering a breakfast sitting from 9.30am. Live music, cocktails, and good-sized group spaces add to the offer. Dogs are welcome inside and out, ample parking is on site, and the pub is closed on Mondays.
