About
Holt Sunday Market
Holt Sunday Market is an award-winning street market held on the first Sunday of each month from April to December, from 10am to 3pm, with an extra festive market in mid-November. Market Place and Bakers Yard close to vehicles for the day. It hosts over 80 regional makers each month. The designer makers stretch the length of Market Place, alongside independent food and drink producers, plants, flowers and homewares. Street food traders gather in Bakers Yard, with communal dining, and there is usually a busker or two playing at the War Memorial gazebo on Market Place. Holt Sunday Market Limited runs the market as a not-for-profit social enterprise, without ongoing council subsidies or corporate sponsorship. Visitors can pre-book all-day parking through the market's website, which helps fund future markets.
