Set within water meadows a few miles south of Burnham Market, the ruins of Creake Abbey mark the site of an Augustinian priory established in the early thirteenth century. The crumbling stonework stands alongside a broader estate that now includes independent courtyard shops, a cafe, and a Sunday farmers' market. The ruins are free to walk around and the wider site is wheelchair-accessible, with parking on site.
