Cakes and brownies are made with Belgian chocolate, local free-range eggs, and proper butter; coffee is sourced from Tropic Coffee Roastery in King's Lynn; and the hot chocolate is made with steamed real chocolate flakes. Croissants and almond croissant monkey buns are baked on-site daily.
