On White Lion Street in the North Norfolk market town of Holt, The Owl Tea Rooms has been baking everything on site since 1929, turning out bread, cakes, cookies and savouries around the clock. The Georgian dining room is light and airy with plants and mirrors; to the rear, a south-facing secret garden seats 35 beneath two large canopies, with dogs welcome outside.
